摘 要:大庆油田Y油层组具有岩性致密、物性差、孔隙度低、黏土矿物含量高、储层敏感性强的特征,常规水力压裂后易出现水敏、水锁、出砂等问题,影响勘探开发效果。针对此问题,开展了CO_(2)准干法压裂技术的研究,重点开展了CO_(2)准干法压裂机理、压裂液体系组成、耐温耐剪切性能、携砂性能等方面的研究,形成了一种水基压裂液混合体系,具有储层伤害小、造缝能力强、携砂性能好、摩阻低等特点,并优化了施工规模、裂缝半长及施工排量。该技术在A区块LN1井进行了先导试验,压裂后单井日产油量为6.8t,增油效果理想。研究表明,CO_(2)准干法压裂液体系具有携砂能力强、摩阻低、配注方便等优点,并且具有较好的增油效果。该技术为松辽盆地Y油层组的效益开发提供了新的思路。The Y oil reservoir formation in Daqing Oilfield is characterized by tight lithology,poor physical properties,low porosity,high content of clay mineral,as well as strong reservoir sensitivity.There are some problems easily happened after the conventional hydraulie fracturing,such as water sensitivity,water locking and sand production,which affects the exploration and development efficiency.In order to solve the problems,research has been conducted on CO_(2)quasi-dry fracturing technology,with the focus on indoor experiments including CO_(2)quasi-dry fracturing mechanism,fracturing fluid composition,temperature and shear resistance,and sand carrying performance,etc.A mixture system of water-based fracturing fluid has been formed,with the characteristics of low reservoir damage,strong fracturing ability,good sand carrying performance,and low friction,and the operation scale,half length of fracutre and operation displacement are also optimized.The technology has been made pilot experimewnt in the Well LN1 of Block A,and the daily oil production of a single well was 6.8 tons after fracturing,achieving desirable stimulation effect.Research showed that the CO_(2)quasi-dry fracturing fluid system had the advantages of strong sand carrying capacity,low friction,convenient injection,with good effect in oil enhancement.It has provided a new method for the efficient development of the Y oil reservoir formation in the Songliao Basin.
