合川气田特高矿化度气井解堵除垢剂研究与应用

摘  要:合川气田D区块地层水平均矿化度为25×10^(4)mg/L,极易形成硫酸盐等难溶物,导致井筒及射孔井眼结垢严重。为解决气流通道堵塞问题,提高气井产能,结合垢物性质确定了螯合除垢剂AH分子基团结构设计,采用乙二醛、丙酮、乙二胺、2-氯乙基磺酸钠、双氧水为原料制备得到螯合除垢剂AH。开展螯合除垢剂AH与盐酸、土酸、EDTA、NTA等对合川气田D区块现场垢样溶解性能的对比分析。结果表明:螯合除垢剂AH的溶垢率最高,在质量分数20%、反应时间8h时,平均溶垢率为78.5%;腐蚀速率最低,为2.4g/(m^(2)·h)。应用螯合除垢剂AH在合川气田共开展解垢堵现场试验12口井,解垢堵后单井平均日增气量为1.5×10^(4)m^(3),平均油压上升1.8MPa,成功解决了合川气田D区块垢堵问题。Due to the average salinity of formation water in Block D of Hechuan Gas Field is 2.5x10^(5)mg/L,carbonate sulfate and other insoluble substances are easily formed,leading to severe scaling in the wellbore and perforated holes.In order to solve the blockage problems of gas channels and improve the productivity of gas wells,the molecular structure of chelating descaling agent AH has been determined combining with the property of scale.The chelating descaling agent AH was made by using glyoxal,acetone,ethylenediamine,sodium 2-chloroethylsulfonate and hydrogen peroxide as raw materials.By comparing and analyzing the dissolution performance of hydrochloric acid,soil acid,EDTA,NTA and chelating descaling agent AH for the scale samples at the site in Hechuan Gas Filed,it showed that chelating descaling agent AH had the highest dissolution rate for scale samples.When the reaction time was 8h and the mass fraction was 20%,the average dissolution rate of the scale could reach 78.5%,and the corrosion rate was the lowest with 2.4g/(m^(2)·h).The chelating descaling agent AH has been applied to 12 wells for deplugging and descaling test in Hechuan Gas Field.The average gas production increased by 1.5×10^(4)m^(3)/d per well,and the average tubing pressure increased by 1.8MPa,which successfully solved the problems of deplugging and descaling in Block D of Hechuan Gas Field.
