摘 要:为解决页岩油压裂返排液液量大、储存及处理困难的问题,开展了返排液复配瓜尔胶压裂液技术研究。由于返排液成分复杂、矿化度高,直接复配瓜尔胶压裂液不能溶解起黏。因此,开展室内实验研究,明确了返排液复配瓜尔胶压裂液不起黏机理,形成了返排液复配瓜尔胶压裂液工艺技术。通过矿化度调节、屏蔽离子和复合交联“三位一体”协同作用,使返排液复配瓜尔胶压裂液性能与自来水配制瓜尔胶压裂液性能相当,返排液复配利用率为100%。形成的返排液复配瓜尔胶压裂液在大庆油田X井开展了现场试验,返排液用量为3000m^(3),单段加砂量为112m^(3),最高砂比达30%,现场试验取得成功,使每年百万立方米页岩油压裂返排液变废为宝,为非常规资源效益开发提供了有力支撑。To solve the problems of large volumes of flowback fluid during the shale oil fracturing operation and the associated challenges in storage and treatment,research was conducted on the flowback fluid compounding guar gum fracturing fluid technology.Due to the complex composition and high salinity of flowback fluid,direct formulation with compounding guar gum does not dissolve with sufficient viscosity.Therefore,laboratory experiments were carried out to clarify the mechanism by which the compounding guar gum fracturing fluid does not gain viscosity when mixed with flowback fluid,and the flowback fluid compounding guar gum fracturing fluid technology was developed.Through the synergistic effect of three factors including the salinity adjustment,shielding ions,and composite crosslinking into one consideration,the performance of the compounding guar gum fracturing fluid mixed with flowback fluid is made equivalent to that of guar gum fracturing fluid prepared with tap water.The compounding utilization rate of the flowback fluid reached 100%.The flowback fluid compounding guar gum fracturing fluid technology was tested in Well X of Daqing Oilfield at site,with flowback fluid of 3000m^(3),sand loading injection of 112m^(3)in one interval and the maximum sand ratio of 30%.The successful field test has turned millions of cubic meters of shale oil fracturing flowback fluid into use every year,providing strong support for the development of unconventional resources.
