五味子抗糖尿病的有效成分及其作用机制研究进展

摘  要:五味子,又称山花椒、五梅子,因其具有酸、苦、甘、辛、咸五味而得名。五味子始于《神农本草经》,位列上品,具有收敛固涩、益气生津、补肾宁心等功效,拥有广泛的药理作用及应用价值。现代研究表明五味子含有多种有效成分,如多糖、挥发油、木脂素等可以抗糖尿病。通过对五味子抗糖尿病的有效成分、作用机制及其方剂应用进行综述,为临床治疗糖尿病提供参考。Schisandra chinensis,also known as mountain zanthoxylum japonicum and five plum zi,is named after its five flavors of sour,bitter,sweet,pungent and salty.Schisandra chinensis originated from the Shen Nong Ben Cao Jing and ranks among the top grades.It has the effects of astringing and fixing astringency,replenishing qi and promoting fluid production,nourishing the kidneys and calming the heart,etc.It has extensive pharmacological effects and application value.Modern research shows that Schisandra chinensis contains a variety of active ingredients,such as polysaccharides,volatile oils,lignans,etc.,which can fight diabetes.The anti-diabetic active ingredients,mechanism of action and prescription applications of Schisandra chinensis are reviewed to provide reference for clinical treatment of diabetes.
