基于CiteSpace与VOSviewer的中医药肝损伤领域研究可视化分析

摘　　要：目的通过文献计量学对中医药肝损伤领域的相关研究文献进行分析,探讨当前中医药在肝损伤领域的研究热点及趋势。方法检索2004—2024年CNKI和Web of Science(WoS)核心数据库中有关中医药在肝损伤领域的文献,使用CiteSpace、VOSviewer和Excel软件对该领域的中、英文文献整体产出、研究主体及合作网络、关键词等进行分析。结果经筛选最终纳入中文文献1304篇、英文文献1393篇。中医药在肝损伤领域的相关文献发文量大体呈现逐年增加的趋势,中国为发文量最多的国家。位居中英文文献发文量榜首的机构分别为南京中医药大学、Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(上海中医药大学)。中、英文文献发文量最多的作者均为肖小河。中、英文关键词共现、聚类显示研究热点及趋势侧重于分析肝损伤中药的活性成分、探究其药理作用机制等方面。结论目前该领域的研究主体仍为中国,但在全世界范围内受到越来越多医学工作者的持续关注,未来需增进科研单位之间的交流与合作,加强肝损伤中药的临床研究,以期为中医药在肝损伤领域的进一步发展提供借鉴和参考。Objective To analyze the relevant research literature in the field of liver injury of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)through bibliometrics,and to explore the current research hotspots and trends of TCM in the field of liver injury.Methods The literatures about TCM in the field of liver injury from 2004 to 2024 were searched in the core database of CNKI and Web of Science(WoS).The output of Chinese and English literature,research subjects,cooperative network and keywords in this field were analyzed by CiteSpace,VOSviewer and Excel software.Results After screening,1304 Chinese literatures and 1393 English literatures were included.The number of Chinese medicine related literature published in the field of liver injury generally shows an increasing trend year by year,and China was the country with the largest number of publications.Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine had the largest number of Chinese and English literature publications.XIAO Xiaohe was the author of the most published literature in both Chinese and English.The co-occurrence and clustering of Chinese and English keywords showed that the research hotspot and trend focused on the analysis of the active ingredients of TCM for liver injury and the exploration of its pharmacological mechanism.Conclusion At present,the main body of research in this field is still China,but it has been continuously concerned by more and more medical workers all over the world.In the future,it is necessary to enhance the exchange and cooperation among scientific research institutions and strengthen the clinical research of TCM for liver injury to provide reference and reference for the further development of TCM in the field of liver injury.
