摘　　要：目的基于CiteSpace软件对国内外肉桂研究现状和热点趋势进行分析,为肉桂今后的研究方向提供参考。方法检索CNKI及Web of Science数据库中2000年1月—2023年12月收录的肉桂相关文献,运用CiteSpace软件对作者、机构和关键词等节点进行可视化分析,并绘制可视化图谱。结果共纳入6784篇文献,其中,中文文献3688篇,英文文献3096篇,该研究领域发文量呈波动上升趋势。中文核心作者有14位,英文核心作者有10位;中、英文作者均形成4个相对稳定的研究团队,但各团队间缺乏合作。广西大学与Egyptian Knowledge Bank分别是中、英文发文最多的机构;英文文献发文国家以中国发文量最多;中、英文发文期刊多集中在食品、化工、中医药等领域期刊;中文文献研究方向侧重成分分析、催化合成、含量测定及抗菌活性;英文文献研究内容聚焦于成分分析以及抗菌、降血糖、抗真菌等药理作用研究。结论肉桂成分的抗菌机制研究及其在食物保鲜上的应用是当前研究热点,肉桂活性成分抗菌作用的具体分子机制研究是该领域的研究趋势。Objective To analyze research status and hot trends of Cinnamon at home and abroad based on CiteSpace software,and provide reference for the future research direction of Cinnamon.Methods Cinnamonrelated literature included in the CNKI and Web of Science databases from January 2000 to December 2023 was searched,and CiteSpace software was used to visually analyze nodes such as authors,institutions,and keywords,and generate visual maps.Results A total of 6784 literatures were included,including 3688 Chinese literatures and 3096 English literatures.The number of publications in this research field showed a fluctuating upward trend.There were 14 Chinese core authors and 10 English core authors.Both Chinese and English authors had formed four relatively stable research teams,but there was a lack of cooperation between the teams.Guangxi University and Egyptian Knowledge Bank were the institutions with the largest number of publications in Chinese and English,respectively.China was the country with the largest number of articles published in English literature;Chinese and English journals were mostly concentrated in journals in the fields of food,chemical industry and Traditional Chinese Medicine.The research direction of Chinese literature focuses on component analysis,catalytic synthesis,content determination and antibacterial activity;the English research content focuses on component analysis and pharmacological effects such as antibacterial,hypoglycemic and antifungal.Conclusions The research on the anti-bacterial mechanism of Cinnamon components and its application in food preservation are the current research hotspots.The specific molecular mechanism of the antibacterial effect of Cinnamon active components is the research trend in this field.
