摘 要:目的对栝楼种质资源的农艺性状进行遗传多样性分析,综合评价栝楼种质资源,筛选优良栝楼种质资源。方法以潜山市传文瓜子有限公司种质资源圃的31份栝楼种质和3份皖蒌为研究材料,对其17个农艺性状进行变异性分析、相关性分析、聚类分析、主成分分析以及综合评价。结果34份栝楼种质在17个农艺性状上均存在不同程度的变异,变异系数范围为7.40%~64.31%,变异系数最大的是单株产籽量,最小的是成熟周期。相关性分析表明,大部分农艺性状间存在显著或极显著相关。聚类分析表明,34份栝楼种质在平方欧式距离为7.5处时,可被划分为3个类群。主成分分析表明,17个农艺性状可简化为4个主成分,累积贡献率为81.867%。综合评价表明,除3份皖蒌外,筛选出11份优良种质。结论34份栝楼种质资源具有丰富的遗传多样性,初步筛选出11份综合性状优良的栝楼种质,可为栝楼种质资源的利用及新品种选育提供参考。Objective To analyze the genetic diversity and comprehensive evaluation of the agronomic traits of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim.communis germplasm resources,to screen the excellent T.kirilowii communis germplasm resources.Methods 31 T.kirilowii communis germplasm and 3‘wanlou’from the germplasm resource nursery of Qianshan Chuanwen Melon Seeds Co.,Ltd.were used as the study materials,and 17 agronomic traits were analyzed by variation analysis,correlation analysis,cluster analysis,principal component analysis(PCA),and comprehensive evaluation.Results The results showed that 34 T.kirilowii germplasm had different degrees of variability in the 17 agronomic traits,with the coefficients of variation ranging from 7.40%to 64.31%,and the largest coefficient of variation was for seed yield per plant and the smallest was for maturity cycle.Correlation analysis showed that most of the agronomic traits were significantly or highly significantly correlated with each other.The 34 T.kirilowii communis germplasm at a squared Euclidean distance of 7.5 could be divided into 3 groups.PCA showed that the 17 agronomic traits could be simplified into 4 principal components with a cumulative contribution of 81.867%.Comprehensive evaluation showed that 11 good germplasm were screened,except for 3‘wanlou’.Conclusion The 34 T.kirilowii communis germplasm resources have rich genetic diversity,and 11 T.kirilowii communis germplasm with excellent comprehensive traits have been preliminarily screened out,which can provide a reference for the utilisation of T.kirilowii communis germplasm resources and the selection and breeding of new varieties.
