摘 要:针对一种中间单点式连接周边三点式承载的张拉式分离装置,对其进行连接刚度计算,并通过有限元仿真,得到计算与仿真偏差较小的结果,验证了刚度识别的正确性。此外,为了提高张拉式分离装置工程应用能力,对张拉式分离装置在不同预紧力下进行定量刚度分析,得到不同预紧力下对应的刚度值,发现该刚度具有一定的非线性特性。最后,通过理论与仿真分析了分离装置前5阶固有频率和振型,并通过分离装置样机带被承载体的扫频振动试验,验证了理论与仿真分析结果的正确性。本文所提出的张拉式分离装置具有刚度大的优点,在空间任务中具有广泛的应用前景。In response to the tension-based separation mechanism with a single intermediate connection point serving as the constraint condition for load-bearing,the connection stiffness was calculated and the analysis has been conducted on structural stiffness characteristics.The results show the difference between the calculation and the simulation is subtle and verify the correctness of the stiffness identification.In addition,in order to improve the engineering application ability of the tension-based separation mechanism,the quantitative stiffness analysis about several different preload forces is carried out and different stiffness values corresponding to several different preload forces are obtained.The results show the stiffness has certain nonlinear characteristics.Finally,the first 5 natural frequencies and vibration modes of the separation device were analyzed through theory and simulation,and the correctness of the theoretical and simulation analysis results was verified through the sweep vibration test of the separation device prototype with a carrier.The tension separation device proposed in this article has the advantage of high stiffness and has broad application prospects in space missions.
