摘  要:航天投送可填补现有投送体系空白,是全球投送手段的有效组成部分。本文梳理了国外航天投送发展现状和发展方向,从技术成熟度、经济可行性及技术指标三个方面分析了航天投送的现实可行性。分析表明,相比于组合动力航天投送,火箭动力航天投送技术成熟度高,通过关键技术的攻关与能力建设,航天投送有望解决复杂度保障、经济性不高、投送质量小等问题,在未来作战应用中发挥投送响应快、距离远、突防能力强、行动自由高等优势,填补现有运输投送体系空白,快速完成对突发事件或特殊地点的应急投送。根据上述分析,提出了国内发展航天投送的意见建议。Space delivery can fill the gap in the existing delivery system,and it is an effective part of the global delivery means.In this paper,the state of the art and development direction of foreign space delivery were reviewed,and the practical feasibility of space delivery was analyzed from three aspects,including technical maturity,economic feasibility and technical index analysis.The analysis shows that compared with the combined cycle propulsion space delivery,the rocket propulsion space delivery technology boasts a high degree of maturity.Through tackling problems in key technologies and capacity building,the space delivery is expected to make up for the shortcomings of complex support,low economy and low delivery quality.It will take advantages of rapid delivery response,long distance,strong penetration capability,and high freedom of movement in the future battlefield.It can complete delivery quickly when coping with an emergency or to a specific location,which fills the gaps in the existing delivery system.Finally,based on the analyses,suggestions on the development of space delivery in domestic are put forward.
