摘　　要：赤道低轨道是一类特殊的卫星轨道,在卫星监视和维护领域具有较大的应用潜力。首先,对赤道低轨道的光照条件、对地对星观测特性、轨道交会特性等方面进行分析,得出其在低纬度地区观测、地球静止轨道(GEO)卫星观测和交会中的巨大优势;其次,设计了赤道低轨道卫星星座构型,该星座可大幅缩短对地观测周期,并可用于与GEO卫星快速共面交会的停泊轨道。The low equatorial orbit is a special satellite orbit that has a great application value in the satellite observation and maintenance.Firstly,the characteristics of the low equatorial orbit is analyzed:the lighting condition and coverage properties exhibit regular changes,which are favourable for observing low-latitude areas or geostationary Earth orbit(GEO)satellites,and convenient for the rendezvous with GEO.Then,a constellation of low equatorial orbit satellites is designed,which significantly shortens the observation period,and also can be used as the parking orbit for rendezvous with GEO.
