摘 要:为评估一种具备起重能力的贮箱测试塔架在室外环境中的结构强度、刚度、稳定性等性能,对其所受到的风载荷、起重载荷、动刚度、地震载荷和失稳特征展开分析。采用有限元软件建立基于梁和质量点耦合的塔架有限元模型;对比材料尺寸和起重量对塔架应力及变形结果的影响,揭示上述因素的变化规律;通过基本地震加速度分析,确定塔架在地震冲击响应下的关键节点位移,并与基本地震加速度进行对比,发现水平面地震波对塔架的危害性大于垂直地震波;根据塔架起升特性,对3种工况下的塔架稳定性进行分析,揭示塔架的失稳特性,并得出越接近塔架本体,塔架所能承受的临界载荷越大,越不易失稳的规律。分析结果表明,在室外环境下,贮箱测试起重塔架可实现轻量化和结构稳定性的双重目标。A storage tank test tower with lifting function,in order to obtain its structural strength,stiffness,and stability in outdoor environments.Analyze the effects of wind load,lifting load,dynamic stiffness,seismic load,and instability characteristics on it.A finite elements model of a tower based on beam and mass point coupling was established by using Finite element analysis software.The influence of material size and lifting capacity on the stress and deformation results of the tower was compared,to obtain its change pattern.Basic seismic acceleration and response spectrum analysis for tower structures,to obtain the key node displacement of the tower under seismic impact response.Compare the displacement with basic seismic acceleration,the conclusion is that seismic waves in the horizontal plane pose a greater threat to tower structures than vertical seismic waves.According to the lifting characteristics of the tower frame,the stability of the tower under three working conditions was analyzed,the instability characteristics of the tower and concluded that the close to the tower,the greater critical load that the tower can withstand.The results indicated the container testing lifting tower can meet the requirements of lightweight and structural stability in outdoor environments.
