摘 要:多官能团环氧/DDS(EP/DDS)预浸料体系的固化温度一般超过200℃,其产品成型时能耗大,不符合绿色发展的趋势;此外,过高的固化温度会产生较大的热应力,会导致产品发生大变形,不利于复合材料的成型制备。为解决上述问题,研究了2种不同的咪唑和三氟化硼络合物促进剂对EP/DDS预浸料体系固化反应和性能的影响。固化工艺和固化动力学分析结果表明,2-乙基-4-甲基咪唑(2,4-EMI)、2,4-二甲基咪唑(2,4-DMI)和三氟化硼单乙胺(BF3·MEA)对EP/DDS均具有促进作用,但促进机理不同。针对EP/DDS体系热熔法预浸料的制备,较优的促进剂为三氟化硼单乙胺。固化工艺研究发现,在130℃/2 h、150℃/2 h、180℃/6 h的固化制度下,体系的固化度达到了98%以上,可实现体系的完全固化。黏温曲线测试发现,BF3·MEA促进EP/DDS树脂体系在80~170℃温度范围内的黏度为2.7 Pa·s左右,满足预浸料制备过程的黏度要求,且可在80℃进行胶膜的制备。The curing temperature of multifunctional Epoxy/DDS(EP/DDS)prepreg systems is generally more than 200℃,which consumes a lot of energy and is not line with the trend of green development.And high curing temperature will generate a large thermal stress,leading to big deformation,which is not conducive to the preparation of the product.In order to solve these problems,the effects of several different imidazole and boron trifluoride complex promoters on the curing reaction and performance of EP/DDS prepreg system are studied.The results of curing process and curing kinetics analysis show that both 2-ethyl-4-methyl imidazole(2,4-EMI),2,4-dimethyl imidazole(2,4-DMI)and boron trifluoride monoethylamine(BF3·MEA)promote the curing reaction of EP/DDS,but the mechanisms of imidazole and boron trifluoride monoethylamine are different.As for the preparation of hot melt prepreg of EP/DDS system,the best promoter was boron trifluoride monoethylamine.According to the curing process test,the curing degree of the system reach more than 98%under the curing system of 130℃/2 h+150℃/2 h+180℃/6 h,which show the reaction is complete achieved.According to the viscosity-temperature test,the lowest viscosity of BF3·MEA promote EP/DDS system is 2.7 Pa·s,at the temperature range of 80—170℃,which fully meet the viscosity requirements of the preperg preparation process,and the resin film could be prepared at 80℃.
