摘 要:为实现耐高温双马树脂(BMI)增韧改性,制备了一系列酚酞型热塑氰基树脂增韧改性的耐高温BMI,研究了热塑树脂添加量和分子量对改性树脂体系的流变特性、耐热性能和力学性能的影响规律,制备了碳纤维增强复合材料。结果显示,树脂体系性能数据表明随热塑氰基树脂添加量的提高,浇铸体的拉伸强度由50.1 MPa提高至94.6 MPa,断裂伸长率由1.2%提高至2.6%,玻璃化转变温度基本不变。以改性树脂作为基体制备得到的碳纤维复合材料具有较高的力学性能,同时在200℃下也具有较高的力学性能保持率。In order to realize the toughening modification of high-temperature-resistant biomatrix resins,a series of high-temperature-resistant biomatrix resins toughened and modified by phenolphthalein-type thermoplastic cyanine resin were prepared,and the influence of the addition amount of the thermoplastic resin and the molecular weight on the rheological properties,heat-resistant properties and mechanical properties of the modified resin system was investigated,and the carbon-fiber-reinforced composite materials were prepared.The performance data of the resin system showed that with the increase of thermoplastic cyanide resin addition,the tensile strength of the casting body was increased from 50.1 MPa to 94.6 MPa,the elongation at break was increased from 1.2%to 2.6%,and the glass transition temperature was basically unchanged,and the carbon fiber composites obtained by using the modified resin as a matrix had high mechanical properties,and at the same time has a high retention rate of mechanical properties at 200℃.
