摘 要:提出了基于柱状螺纹结构的新型搅拌摩擦隧道成形工具,研究了5A06铝合金搅拌摩擦隧道成形工艺,分析了其在复杂路径及密集间距情况下的适应性。结果表明:通过新型搅拌摩擦隧道成形工具设计,可实现冷却通道的一次稳定成形及复杂成形,同时实现了形状、路径、位置的可控;在旋转速度为900 r/min,行进速度为50 mm/min,负压入量为0.5 mm的工艺参数下,隧道矩形度达90.5%;采用前进侧搭后退侧的方式,隧道最小间距达到1 mm;制备的隧道气密性良好,在1.25 MPa内压下保压3 600 s无泄漏情况。A new friction stir channeling tool based on cylindrical thread structure was proposed.The forming process of friction stir channeling of 5A06 aluminum alloy was studied,and its adaptability in complex paths and dense spacing was analyzed.The results show the stable and complex forming of cooling channels were realized through the design of the new friction stir channeling tool,and the shape,path,and position can be controlled.The rectangularity of channel reached 92.0%at the process parameters of rotation speed of 900 r/min,travel speed of 50 mm/min and shoulder-workpiece clearance of 0.5 mm.The minimum distance between channels achieved 1mm with the advancing side covering the retreating side.The air tightness of prepared channel was excellent,maintaining pressure under the internal pressure of 1.25 MPa for 3600 s without leakage.
