摘 要:针对航天航空装备中含凸台铝合金带筋壁板压弯成形质量难以控制的问题,引入垫板压弯成形工艺方法,基于有限元模拟方法分析了垫板放置方式、垫板材质及其厚度对壁板成形精度与成形缺陷的影响,并以壁板母线直线度误差、折痕角度分别作为评价壁板成形精度和成形缺陷的指标。结果表明:压弯成形时仅引入上垫板对壁板成形质量改善不明显;仅使用下垫板可有效降低压弯过程壁板加厚凸台与薄壁蒙皮过渡区应力集中水平,有利于提高壁板成形精度、抑制折痕缺陷;相比于铝合金和钛合金垫板,弹簧钢垫板对壁板压弯成形质量具有更好的提升效果;在一定范围内,壁板成形精度控制效果和成形缺陷抑制效果随垫板厚度的增加而提升。The work aims to solve the problem that it is difficult to control the forming quality of aluminum alloy stiffened panel with boss in aerospace field during the bending process,the method of bending forming process using backing plate is introduced.Based on finite element simulation method,the effects of the position,material grade and thickness of the backing plate on the forming precision and defects of the panel are simulated and analyzed.The panel straightness error and the crease angle are used as indexes to evaluate the forming precision and forming defects,respectively.The results show that only using the backing plate between the upper die and the panel cannot improve the forming quality significantly;Only using the backing plate between the lower die and the panel can effectively reduce the stress concentration in the transition zone of the boss in the panel during the bending process,which is helpful to improve the forming precision and restrain the forming defects.Compared with aluminum alloy and titanium alloy backing plate,spring steel backing plate has better effect on improving the forming quality of panel.In a certain range,the forming precision and the forming defects restraint effect of the panel are improved with the increase of the backing plate thickness.
