摘 要:推进剂贮箱是运载火箭的主承力结构,焊接技术是贮箱制造的关键技术之一,直接影响运载火箭安全性与可靠性。本文综述了运载火箭贮箱结构特点、焊接制造难点及其国内外发展现状,阐述了该技术在国内主流产品上的典型应用并分析了存在的问题;分析了贮箱结构、制造发展趋势以及对焊接技术的挑战,提出了以重型运载、可重复使用火箭为代表的我国下一代运载火箭技术贮箱制造发展趋势,探讨了大型整体化成形构件、轻量化框桁式结构焊接、高效智能化焊接以及对贮箱焊接结构的可靠性评价等技术迫切需求。本文旨在对发展贮箱焊接技术提供建设性的启示和建议。Propellant tank is the main load-bearing structure of launch vehicle.Welding is the one of the critical technologies for tank manufacturing,which has direct influence on the safety and reliability of launch vehicle.In order to promote the development of advanced welding technologies,the structure properties,manufacturing difficulties and welding technologies in launch vehicle tank were introduced,and recent advances and development prospects were comprehensively reviewed at home and abroad in this paper.The typical application of welding technologies in the main launch vehicle was referred,as well as its insufficiencies.The challenges of structure and manufacturing in launch vehicle tank were put forward.The welding technologies for large and integration forming structure,lightweight framestringer structure,intelligent technology and weld structure evaluation was discussed to develop the next generation of heavy-lift carrier rocket and reusable launch vehicle.It is intended to get constructive guidance for the welding of launch vehicle tank.
