摘　　要：社会性格作为个体与社会互动的产物,涉及物质自我、社会自我和精神自我三个维度,反映了社会个体的生活重心和价值追求。以2019年上海各区图书馆借阅数据为窗口,聚焦于各区居民读者阅读偏好与社会性格特征及其相互作用,探讨区域和年龄等维度对城市性格的影响。采用BERTopic模型实现主题聚类,并利用双因素方差分析方法对不同区域和年龄段的城市社会性格进行了统计分析。研究发现,区域发展阶段与城市性格特征紧密相关,市中心区域居民更倾向于追求精神自我,而郊区或经济开发区居民更重视物质自我和社会自我。年龄层次对个体社会性格的影响显著,青少年群体在精神自我方面表现突出,成年人关注社会自我,老年人则更重视物质自我。此外,居民社会性格也受到了年龄与地区因素交互作用的影响。Social character,as a product of the interaction between individuals and society,encompasses three dimensions:material self,social self,and spiritual self,reflecting the individual’s life priorities and value pursuits.This study takes the 2019 library borrowing data across various districts of Shanghai as a lens to examine the reading preferences of local residents and their corresponding social character traits,as well as the interactions between these traits and also explores the influence of dimensions such as region and age on social character.The BERTopic model is employed for topic clustering,and two-way ANOVA is applied to conduct a statistical analysis of the social character traits across different districts and age groups.It was found that the stage of regional development is closely related to social character traits.Residents in central districts tend to prioritize the spiritual self,whereas those in suburban or economically developed areas place more emphasis on the material self and social self.Age also has a significant impact on individual social character,with adolescents,adults,and elderly groups showing greater concern for the spiritual self,social self,and material self,respectively.Furthermore,residents’social character is also influenced by the interaction between age and regional factors.
