动力可调节支具与Boston支具治疗青少年特发性脊柱侧凸的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较新型动力可调节支具与传统Boston支具治疗青少年特发性脊柱侧凸(AIS)的临床疗效。方法选取2021年04月至2022年12月在广州医科大学附属第五医院首诊并接受非手术治疗的60例AIS患者作为受试对象,随机分为观察组(33例)和对照组(27例),观察组接受动力可调节支具治疗,对照组接受Boston支具治疗。比较两组治疗前和末次复诊时的侧凸角度(Cobb角)、顶椎偏距(AVT)和SRS-22问卷表得分。结果在Cobb角、AVT改善方面,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.22,P=0.07)。在SRS-22评分中,在治疗后功能、自我形象、治疗满意度评分方面,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新型动力可调节支具与传统Boston支具治疗对青少年特发性脊柱侧弯均有较好的矫正效果,且新型动力可调节支具在外观、功能和患者满意度方面更具优势。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of novel dynamic adjustable brace and traditional Boston brace in the treatment of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis(AIS).Methods From April 2021 to December 2022,60 AIS patients who were first diagnosed and received non-surgical treatment in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University were enrolled.They were randomly divided into observation group(n=33)and control group(n=27).The observation group received dynamic adjustable brace treatment,and the control group received Boston brace treatment.The Cobb angle,apical vertebral translation(AVT),and Scoliosis Research Society-22 Questionnaire(SRS-22)score were recorded and compared between the two groups before treatment and the last visit.Results There was no significant statistical difference between the observation group and control group on Cobb angle and AVT improvement(P=0.22,P=0.07).In terms of SRS-22 score,the observation group was better than the control group in the aspects of post-treatment function,self-image and treatment satisfaction score,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Both the novel dynamic adjustable brace and the traditional Boston brace are effective in the treatment of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis,and the dynamic adjustable brace has more advantages in appearance,function and patient satisfaction.
