摘　　要：随着电力系统的不断发展,六氟化硫(SF_(6))气体被广泛应用于高压断路器设备中,但在使用过程中存在的漏气现象,严重影响了设备的正常运行。文章针对这一问题,研究了一种数字化SF_(6)气体在线监测、补气装置,该装置能够适应各种高压断路器漏气时及时对设备进行自动化补气,并且能实时监测SF_(6)设备中的气体压力,确保电力系统的稳定运行。With the continuous development of the power system,Sulfur Hexafluoride(SF_(6))gas is widely used in high-voltage circuit breaker equipment.However,there is gas leakage during use,which seriously affects the normal operation of the equipment.This article focuses on this issue and studies a digital SF_(6) gas online monitoring and replenishment device.The device can adapt to automatic replenishment of equipment in a timely manner when various high-voltage circuit breakers leak gas,and can monitor the gas pressure in SF_(6) equipment in realtime to ensure the stable operation of the power system.
