摘  要:精密加工在现代机械领域发挥着关键作用,不仅应用于传统切削、磨削技术的精细化升级,如航天航空零部件和光学设备的超精密制造,而且可以用于制作微细尺度零件,如微电机与微传感器,这些通常需要纳米级加工与微纳制造技术。激光精密加工和三维打印技术革新了复杂几何形状零件的生产,如模具与模型制造。通过整合多种精密加工技术的智能制造体系,实现了生产效率和产品品质的双重提升。Precision machining plays a crucial role in the field of modenr machinery,not only applied to the refinement and upgrading of traditional cutting and grinding technologies,such as ultra precision manufacturing of aerospace components and optical equipment,but also can be used for manufacturing micro-scale parts,such as micro motors and micro sensors,which usually require nanoscale machining and micro nano manufacturing technology.Laser precision machining and 3D printing technology have revolutionized the production of complex geometric parts,such as mold and model manufacturing.By integrating multiple precision machining technologies into an intelligent manufacturing system,a dual improvement in production efficiency and product quality has been achieved.
