摘　　要：催化裂化装置作为炼油厂中的关键设备之一,其稳定运行对于保证产品质量和生产效率至关重要。气压机作为催化裂化流程中的核心动力传输部件,其轴瓦的健康状况直接影响整个机组的运行效率和安全性。本文旨在针对催化裂化装置气压机轴瓦出现的故障进行全面分析诊断,并提出相应的维修方案与建议。As one of the key equipment in refineries,the stable operation of catalytic cracking units is crucial for ensuring product quality and production efficiency.As the core power transmission component in the catalytic cracking process,the health of the bearing of the compressor directly affects the operating efficiency and safety of the entire unit.This article aims to comprehensively analyze and diagnose the faults that occur in the bearing of the gas compressor in the catalytic cracking unit,and propose corresponding maintenance plans and suggestions.
