摘 要:针对异形薄壁壳体零件的加工难点和加工容易产生的问题,以典型零件为例,通过工艺难点分析,设计出合理的加工工艺方案。通过选择合适的刀具,优化加工程序和切削参数,采用合适的装夹方法、时效处理,解决异形薄壁壳零件在加工过程中存在的装夹变形、震刀、尺寸超差等加工难题,实现在加工过程中正反面加工精准定位与稳固支撑,达到提高异形薄壁壳体零件的加工精度、生产效率以及产品合格率的目的,为类似异形薄壁壳体零件加工提供可借鉴的经验。In response to the machining difficulties and easy problems of irregular thin-walled shell parts,and taking typical parts as an example,through process difficulty analysis,a reasonable machining process plan is designed,suitable cutting tools are selected,machining programs and cutting parameters are optimized,and appropriate clamping methods and aging treatments are adopted to solve the machining problems of irregular thin-walled shell parts,such as clamping deformation,tool vibration,and size deviation during the machining process.To achieve precise positioning and stable support during the machining process,and to improve the machining accuracy,production efficiency,and product qualification rate of specialshaped thin-walled shell parts,and to provide reference experience for the machining of similar special-shaped thin-walled shell parts.
