摘　　要：支架板零件是某设备上使用的一个关键零件,其结构特点是异形和薄壁,其加工难点是不易装夹、容易变形以及加工精度要求比较严,特别是A基准面的平面度精度很难保证。文章通过对该零件的加工工艺的制定,解决加工中的问题,阐述了如何通过添加辅助工艺台、专用工装夹具和粘接相结合的方法,解决一些异形和薄壁件加工困难的问题,提高加工精度和质量,为类似零件的加工提供新的参考。The bracket plate part is a key component used on a certain equipment,with structural characteristics of irregular shape and thin wall.Its processing difficulty is that it is not easy to clamp and is prone to deformation.The processing accuracy requirements are relatively strict,especially for the flatness accuracy of the A reference plane,which is difficult to guarantee.This paper solves the problems in machining by formulating the machining process for this part,and elaborates on how to solve some difficult problems in machining irregular and thin-walled parts by adding auxiliary process tables,specialized fixtures,and bonding methods,improve machining accuracy and quality,and provide new references for the machining of similar parts.
