摘　　要：日本国民所得(收入)倍增计划是中国学界和政经界长期讨论的话题之一。不过由于某些国情与时代的差异,也存在若干误解与政策偏差。我们认为,现在应当从法律、政策与计划的相互关系以及这三者的演变过程角度,重新认识和评价该计划的承上启下作用,以及它对战后日本社会发展阶段的提升意义;同时,对其实施导致的日本社会经济矛盾激化及其对策和改革以及结果等给予更多的关注和研究。“Japan's National Income Multiplication Plan”has been one of the long-term topics discussed by Chinese scholars and politicians.However,due to the differences of some national conditions and times,there are also some misunderstandings and policy deviations.We believe that it is time to re recognize and evaluate the role of the plan as a link between the past and the future and its significance to the promotion of the stage of social development in post-war Japan from the perspective of the relationship between law,policy and the plan and the evolution process.At the same time,we should pay more attention to and study the intensification of Japan's social and economic contradictions,countermeasures,reforms and results caused by its implementation.
