摘　　要：近年来,随着中国国际地位的提升和全球影响力的增强,西方媒体对中国专家学者观点的兴趣日益增长。如何在国际传播中转换角色,从被动转为主动,讲好中国故事,成为一个重要课题。本文专访了清华大学战略与安全研究中心研究员、国防部国际军事合作办公室安全合作中心前主任周波,探讨他在国际传播中的丰富经验和独到见解,他的成功实践对我们在国际舞台上讲述中国故事、传播中国声音有所启发。In recent years,as China's international status and global influence have risen,Western media's interest in the perspectives of Chinese experts and scholars has grown significantly.How to skillfully shift roles in international communication from passive to active and effectively tell China's stories has become an important topic.This article features an exclusive interview with Zhou Bo,Senior Fellow at the Center for International Security and Strategy of Tsinghua University and former Director of the Centre for Security Cooperation in the Office for International Military Cooperation at the Ministry of National Defense.This interview explores his extensive experience and unique insights in international communication,hoping that his successful practices can inspire us to better tell China's stories and convey China's voice on the international stage.
