摘  要:研究建立了采用氩气稀释-三重四极杆ICP-MS/MS氧气反应模式测定土壤和沉积物中无机元素的方法。通过分析不同浓度范围的有证标准物质(CRM),验证了方法的准确性和精密度。在12 h连续运行期间,共分析了300份样品,验证了方法的稳定性。结果显示,所有测量值与认证值高度一致,内标回收率在82%~108%之间,表明仪器运行稳定且测试过程不受样品基体影响。该方法适用于环境监测和地质勘探等领域土壤和沉积物中无机元素的快速、准确检测。In this study,an argon dilution triple quadrupole ICP-MS/MS oxygen reaction model method for the determination of inorganic elements in soil and sediments was established.The accuracy and precision of the method were verified by analyzing the certified reference substance(CRM)with different concentration ranges,and a total of 300 samples were analyzed during 12 hours of continuous operation to verify the stability of the method.The results showed that all the measured values were highly consistent with the certified values,and the internal standard recovery rate is between 82%and 108%,indicating that the instrument was stable and the test process was not affected by the sample matrix.This method is suitable for rapid and accurate detection of inorganic elements in soil and sediment in the fields of environmental monitoring and geological exploration.
