摘  要:首钢京唐钢铁联合有限责任公司(以下简称“首钢京唐公司”)是我国第一个实施城市钢铁企业搬迁,完全按照循环经济理念设计建设,临海靠港具有国际先进水平的千万吨级大型钢铁企业。自2013年起,首钢京唐公司开始实行QTI(Quickly Total Improvement)管理,该管理理念是首钢京唐公司在学习实践6S、六西格玛、TPM等工具方法,借鉴浦项QSS、丰田TPS以及宝马VPS等先进企业精益管理做法的基础上,结合自身特点进行集成、融合形成的全员参与、持续改善的精益标准化管理体系。首钢京唐公司通过深化QTI精益管理模式,厚植精益管理理念,践行全员参与、自主管理、持续改善的精益管理文化,打造出了一套体系完备、高效运行的标准化管理体系。本文主要介绍QTI管理体系在首钢京唐公司的实施与效果。Shougang Jingtang United Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.(abbreviated as“Shougang Jingtang Company”)is the first large-scale steel enterprise in China to implement the relocation of urban steel enterprises,designed and constructed completely according to the concept of circular economy,and is located near the sea and port with the production scale of millions of tons at an international advanced level.Since 2013,Shougang Jingtang Company has been implementing QTI(Quickly Total Improvement)management.This management philosophy is a standardized lean management system that integrates all employees and continuously improves by learning and practicing tools and methods such as 6S,Six Sigma,and TPM,and drawing on advanced lean management practices such as POSCO QSS,Toyota TPS,and BMW VPS,combined with its own characteristics.Shougang Jingtang Company deeply cultivates the QTI lean management model,cultivates the lean management concept,practices a lean management culture of full participation,independent management,and continuous improvement,and has created a standardization management system with a complete and efficient operation.This article mainly introduces the implementation and effectiveness of the QTI management system in Shougang Jingtang Company.
