摘　　要：ISO5411:2024《潜水器术语》于2024年3月正式批准发布,根据当前全球水下装备的技术水平及发展趋势,创新构建整个潜水器的概念系统,并统一了潜水器领域共11个方面的专业用语定义。本文介绍了该项标准的起草背景和编制过程,对标准主要内容进行了详细解读,以便更好地为该领域内从业人员参考或采用该项国际标准时提供借鉴,推动该项标准的贯彻落实及持续优化。ISO 5411:2024,Ships and marine technology—Submersibles—Vocabulary,was officially approved and published in March 2024.Based on the current global underwater equipment technology level and development trend,ISO 5411:2024 innovatively constructs the conceptual system of the entire submersible and unifies the definitions of 11 aspects of professional terms in the field of submersibles.This paper introduces the background and preparation process of the standard,and provides a detailed explanation of the main content of the standard with the purpose of providing reference for practitioners in the field to refer to or adopt the standard.This paper may promote the implementation and continuous optimization of ISO 5411:2024.
