摘　　要：本文对世界范围内的Gemini表面活性剂专利文献进行搜集整理,采用定量分析、定性调研与专家咨询等方法,从总体趋势、主要申请人、技术分布、专利维持时间、重点专利等多角度分析,揭示Gemini表面活性剂相关专利的热点和空白点,通过对相关趋势和现象的合理分析,指出了具有潜在价值的技术挖掘方向,并给出专利布局建议。This paper collects and sorts out the patent documents of gemini surfactant in the world,uses methods such as quantitative analysis,qualitative research and expert consultation,analyzes and the hot spots and blank spots in the patent of gemini surfactant from the overall trend,main applicants,technology distribution,patent maintenance time,key patents and other perspectives,provides reasonable analysis of relevant trends and phenomena,points out a technical excavation direction with potential value,and gives suggestions on patent layout.
