摘  要:针对传统的LIV(光强-电流-电压)测试系统无法满足DFB(分布式反馈激光器)高效测试的需求,本文设计了一种新的测试方案及装置。采用1:9的光分路器,将DFB输出光分为两路,实现LIV和光谱参数同时测试。设计了自动调节光分路器位置的装置和算法,使进入光谱仪的光强较大保证测试准确性。优化了传统LIV测试软件,该系统可采集海量测试数据,能够实时测试LIV曲线、光谱波长等指标,测试效率较传统方案提升30%。DFB has designed a new testing scheme and device to address the inability of traditional LIV(Light Intensity Current Voltage)testing systems to meet the efficient testing requirements of DFB(Distributed Feedback Laser).Using a 1:9 optical splitter,the DFB output light is divided into two channels to achieve simultaneous measurement of LIV and spectral parameters.A device and algorithm have been designed to automatically adjust the position of the optical splitter,ensuring high measurement accuracy by increasing the intensity of light entering the spectrometer.With optimized traditional LIV testing software,the system can collect massive test data,measure LIV curves,spectral wavelengths and other indicators in real time,and improve testing efficiency by 30%compared to traditional solutions.
