摘  要:本文对比李氏密度瓶法与全自动真密度分析仪法分析钻井用重晶石粉密度的试验精度以及结果偏差。结果表明,相较于李氏密度瓶法,全自动真密度分析仪法测定重晶石粉密度用时短,测试精度以及自动化程度高,对技术人员的技术水平要求较低,李氏密度瓶法与真密度法测定钻井用重晶石粉密度标准样品时结果偏差在0.005g/cm^(3)范围内,测定6批次重晶石粉样品的结果偏差在0.02g/cm^(3)范围内,仪器重复性极差值控制在0.01g/cm^(3),该方法满足GB/T 5005-2010对重晶石粉密度测试再现性(≤0.030g/cm^(3))以及重复性(≤0.022g/cm^(3))要求,可作为一种替代技术检测钻井用重晶石粉密度。The experimental accuracy and result deviation of Li’s density bottle method and fully automatic true density analyzer method in analyzing the density of barite powder for drilling were compared in this paper.The results show that compared with the Li’s density bottle method,the fully automatic true density analyzer method for measuring the density of barite powder takes less time,has higher testing accuracy and automation level,and requires lower technical level from technical personnel.The Li’s density bottle method and true density method have a deviation of 0.005 g/cm^(3)from the results of measuring the density standard sample of drilling barite powder.The deviation of the results of measuring 6 batches of barite powder samples is within the range of 0.02 g/cm^(3),and the instrument repeatability range is controlled at 0.01 g/cm^(3).This method meets the requirements of GB/T 5005-2010 for the reproducibility(≤0.030 g/cm^(3))and repeatability(≤0.022 g/cm^(3))of barite powder density testing.And it can be used as an alternative technology to detect the density of drilling barite powder.
