摘　　要：我国人口老龄化趋势严峻,“三支柱”养老保障体系发展失衡。为尽早应对养老保障体系不够完善可能引发的养老危机,我国已经出台了包括个人养老金账户等多项政策。截至2023年底,开立个人养老金账户人数超过5000万人,但依旧有着诸多问题待完善和进一步发展。本文面向X证券营业部客户开展调研,从金融机构和居民两方面分析个人养老金业务账户的推行情况,调查分析居民参与度不高的原因,并提出基层金融机构应该充分利用自身优势,扩大宣传力度、清晰定位养老产品、建立全面风险控制体系等建议,进一步促进完善个人养老金账户业务,提高居民参与个人养老金的积极性。With the continuous development of society,the aging trend of China's population is severe,and the development of the“three pillars”old-age security system is unbalanced.In order to deal with the pension crisis caused by the imperfect old-age security system,China has introduced a number of policies.With the continuous implementation of the personal pension account policy,by the end of 2023,more than 50 million people have opened personal pension accounts,but there are still many problems to be improved and further developed.This paper collects the relevant data of the X Securities Department,analyzes the reasons for the poor implementation of the personal pension business account,summarizes the problems existing in the personal pension account business of the department,and investigates the customer's expectations for the optimization of the personal pension account.It is proposed that the X Securities Department should make full use of its own customer advantages,expand publicity,improve the professional level of employees,etc.,to further promote the improvement of personal pension account business,improve the enthusiasm of the masses to participate in personal pensions,actively participate in personal pension plans,invest in pension products,and improve the living standards of the elderly.
