三元空腔滤棒卷烟的特色工艺研究与分析

摘　　要：近年来随着细支烟的突破,逐渐打破固定思维,为卷烟开拓新市场打开了空间。为满足日新月异的市场需求,寻求新一轮的创新,广东中烟设计打造了使用三元复合空腔颗粒滤棒与“19+1”特殊烟支组合的全新品牌——双喜(春天魅影)。深入挖掘新品特色工艺,将生产新品时可能产生的各类问题充分暴露并进行技术攻关,确保了新品牌生产过程顺利进行。In recent years,with the breakthrough of fine cigarettes,fixed thinking has gradually been broken,opening up space for the development of new markets for cigarettes.In order to meet the ever-changing market demand and seek a new round of innovation,Guangdong Zhongyan has designed and created a new high-end brand—Shuangxi(Spring Phantom),which uses a combination of ternary composite cavity particle filter rods and"19+1"special cigarettes.Deeply exploring the unique craftsmanship of new products,fully exposing various problems that may arise during the production of new products and conducting technical research to ensure the smooth progress of the new brand production process.
