摘  要:水电作为技术成熟、清洁高效的可再生能源,是我国电力系统的重要组成部分,也是我国能源绿色低碳转型的重要支撑。水电技术标准既是工程实践经验的总结,也是促进水电行业“高水平创新”与“高质量发展”、培育新质生产力不可或缺的重要纽带。本文重点介绍了水电行业技术标准体系的构建原则与体系框架构成,阐述了水电行业技术标准体系与抽水蓄能电站技术标准体系之间的关系,并对动态调整、持续优化水电行业技术标准体系提出了建议。As a mature,clean and efficient renewable energy,hydropower is an important component of China's power system and a crucial support for China's green oriented transition of energy.Hydropower technical standards are not only a summary of practical engineering experience,but also an indispensable link in promoting"high-level innovation"and"high-quality development"in the hydropower industry,and cultivating new quality productivity.This article focuses on the principles and framework of the hydropower technical standard system,expounds the relationship between the hydropower industry’s technical standard system and the technical standard system for pumped-storage hydroelectric power stations,and provides suggestions for dynamic adjustment and optimization of the hydropower industry technical standard system.
