摘　　要：2023年11月29日,由英国艺术与人文研究委员会资助,肯特大学电影、媒体与文化研究中心和健康与医学人文研究中心主导的“文化创意产业中的健康、福祉与合作国际研讨会”在英国肯特大学成功举办。研讨会以主旨演讲、圆桌讨论、头脑风暴等多种形式邀请中英两国20余位新锐艺术家、纪录片创作者、影视制片人、设计师、青年学者从卫生健康文化理念融合、创伤记忆与创意表达、数字技术与环境疗法、青年艺术家职业发展、中英文化创意产业合作等多元视角共同探讨了如何通过建立国际合作机制,打造良性行业生态,改善创意从业者心理健康困境等问题。作为艺术介入与社会支持的实践示例之一,本届跨国研讨会通过聚集不同文化和专业背景的参与者,展示了中英文明互鉴与经验互助的应用价值,对提升未来我国文化艺术活动的多样性与包容性、促进中英文化创意产业可持续发展具有深远意义。On November 29,2023,the international workshop on“Health,Wellbeing,and Collaboration in the Cultural and Creative Industries”was successfully held at the University of Kent in the United Kingdom.Funded by the UK Arts and Humanities Research Council,the event was led by the Film,Media and Culture Research Group and the Centre for Health and Medical Humanities at the University of Kent.The seminar featured keynote speeches,roundtable discussions,and brainstorming sessions,and invited over 20 emerging artists,documentary filmmakers,film producers,designers,and young scholars from both China and the UK.The discussions covered a range of topics,including the integration of health culture concepts,trauma memory and creative expression,digital technology and environmental therapy,career development for young artists,and Sino-British Collaboration in the cultural and creative industries.The participants explored how to establish international cooperation mechanisms to create a healthy industry ecosystem and improve the mental health challenges faced by creative professionals.As an example of artistic intervention and social support in practice,this cross-national seminar brought together participants from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds,demonstrating the practical value of mutual learning and support between Chinese and British cultures.It holds profound significance for enhancing the diversity and inclusiveness of future cultural and artistic activities and promoting the sustainable development of the cultural and creative industries in China and the UK.
