摘  要:农民是国家治理现代化的重要参与主体之一,其思想状况影响基层治理的质量和效率。由于当下农民的政治思想、文化认同、道德观念及社会行为等日益复杂,传统的农民教育已经无法满足农村转型时期农民的需要。一些农民的非理性行为在一定程度上反映出其思想政治教育部分偏离基本诉求,表明以往的农民思想政治教育模式已不适应转型时期农民的变化。为此,需要强化农民在教育现代化过程中的主体地位,以农民“在场”的教育实践回归思想政治教育的初心,进而重申以农民为中心作为农民思想政治教育起点的实践意义。Farmers are one of the important participants in the modernization of national governance,and their ideological state influences the quality and effectiveness of grassroots governance.Traditional education for farmers can no longer meet their needs during the rural transformation period,especially given the increasingly complex situations regarding farmers'political thoughts,cultural identity,moral values,and social behaviors.Some farmers'rights protection actions currently reflect a certain deviation in their ideological and political education from basic demands,indicating that previous models of farmers'ideological and political education are no longer suitable for the changes occurring among farmers during the transformation period.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the central position of farmers in the process of educational modernization,return to the original intention of ideological and political education through educational practices that involve farmers,and further reaffirm the practical significance of farmers'thoughts as the starting point for their ideological and political education.
