发电厂检修工程招投标及合同管理的问题及对策分析

摘　　要：本文针对发电厂检修工程招投标及合同管理中存在的问题,进行了分析和研究,并提出了相应的对策。在发电厂检修工程招投标方面,应该加强对投标人资质的审核,建立招标文件和合同的衔接机制,并根据技术要求进行评标和排名。在合同管理方面,应该建立合同与工程进度、质量标准的关联机制,严格控制变更和解除合同的情况。最后,应该建立招投标和合同管理的协同机制,加强各个环节的管理,保证工程顺利开展。This paper analyzes and studies the problems existing in bidding and contract management of power plant maintenance project,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.In the bidding of power plant maintenance project,we should strengthen the examination of bidders'qualifications,establish the connection mechanism between bidding documents and contracts,and conduct bid evaluation and ranking according to technical requirements.In the aspect of contract management,we should establish the correlation mechanism between contract and project progress and quality standards,and strictly control the change and termination of contract.Finally,we should establish a collaborative mechanism between bidding and contract management,strengthen the management of each link,and ensure the smooth development of the project.
