摘  要:以山西省分布较广的晋龙1号、晋龙2号、辽宁1号和鲁光4个核桃品种为试材,通过不同的低温处理,研究低温胁迫对各核桃品种SOD活性、游离脯氨酸含量和电导率的影响。结果表明,在-20℃、-30℃和-40℃处理下,晋龙2号的SOD活性显著高于其他品种,且温度过低时,多数品种的SOD活性呈现出下降趋势。随着处理温度的降低,各品种的游离脯氨酸含量都呈现出上升趋势,且辽宁1号的游离脯氨酸含量始终高于其他品种。鲁光的电导率呈现出“降—升—平稳”的变化趋势,其他品种则呈现出先上升后逐渐平稳的变化趋势。Using 4 walnut varieties which were widely distributed in Shanxi Province including Jinlong 1,Jinlong 2,Liaoning 1 and Luguang as test materials,the effects of low temperature stress on SOD activity,proline content and electrical conductivity of each walnut variety were studied through different low temperature treatments.The results showed that under the treatment of-20℃,-30℃and-40℃,the SOD activity of Jinlong 2 was significantly higher than that of other varieties.And when the temperature was too low,the SOD activity of most varieties showed a decreasing trend.As the processing temperature decreased,the free proline content of each variety showed an upward trend and the free proline content of Liaoning 1 was always higher than other varieties.The conductivity of Luguang showed a trend of“decreasing-increasing-stabilizing”,while other varieties showed a trend of first increasing and then gradually stabilizing.
