摘 要:在盆栽条件下,设置无干旱胁迫对照(S1)、干旱胁迫对照(S2)、干旱胁迫+6 mmol/L海藻糖(S3)、干旱胁迫+12 mmol/L海藻糖(S4)、干旱胁迫+18 mmol/L海藻糖(S5)5个处理,研究了干旱胁迫下人工喷施海藻糖对白桦生长和生理特性的影响。结果表明,干旱胁迫显著降低了白桦的株高、茎粗、生物量、叶绿素含量和净光合速率,但提高了其SOD活性、POD活性和MDA含量。喷施海藻糖提高了干旱胁迫下白桦的株高、茎粗、生物量、叶绿素含量和净光合速率,提高了其SOD活性、POD活性,降低了其MDA含量。综合比较来看,12 mmol/L是缓解白桦干旱胁迫并促进苗木生长的适宜海藻糖浓度。5 treatments including non-drought stress control(S1),drought stress control(S2),drought stress+6 mmol/L trehalose(S3),drought stress+12 mmol/L trehalose(S4)and drought stress+18 mmol/L trehalose(S5)were set up under potted conditions to study the effects of artificial spraying of trehalose on the growth and physiological characteristics of Betula platyphy under drought stress.The results showed that drought stress significantly reduced the plant height,stem thickness,biomass,chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate of Betula platyphy,but increased its SOD activity,POD activity and MDA content.Spraying trehalose increased the plant height,stem diameter,biomass,chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate of Betula platyphy under drought stress,increased its SOD activity and POD activity,and reduced its MDA content.Overall,12 mmol/L was the appropriate concentration of trehalose to alleviate drought stress and promote seedling growth in Betula platyphy.
