摘　　要：目的:对MissionC100快速干式生化分析仪与东芝TBA120FR生化分析仪检测血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)结果进行比较分析,并对其在不同环境下的检测结果进行对比。探讨MissionC100快速干式生化分析仪在野外环境的适用性。方法:随机选取2021年1月-2022年9月淮安八十二医院收治的123例门诊及住院患者血清标本作为研究对象,根据东芝TBA120FR生化仪检测ALT浓度,将受试者分为TB-ALT低值组(<50 U/L)、中值组(50~300 U/L)、高值组(>300 U/L),采用MissionC100干式生化分析仪对结果进行复检,得到对应的MI-ALT,对两组受试者数据进行相关分析及偏倚评估。对MissionC100快速干式生化分析仪在室内环境与模拟野外环境下检测结果进行对比。结果:在低值组、中值组及高值组中,TB-ALT与MI-ALT之间r值分别为0.958、0.964、0.971,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),三个医学决定水平的相对偏差分别为6.0%、7.7%和10.2%。结论:两种检测系统检测血清ALT结果呈良好的相关性,在Χ=20 U/L、60 U/L时相对偏差临床可以接受,在Χ=300 U/L时相对偏差临床不可接受。2种环境下结果对比均可接受。Objective:To compare and analyze the results of serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT)detected by MissionC100 rapid dry chemical analyzer and Toshiba TBA120FR biochemical analyzer,to compare the results in different environment,and to explore the applicability of MissionC100 rapid dry chemical analyzer in environment.Methods:The serum samples of 123 outpatients and inpatients in the hospital from January 2021 to September 2022 were randomly taken.According to the ALT concentration detected by Toshiba TBA120FR biochemical analyzer,the subjects were divided into low TB-ALT group(<50 U/L),median TB-ALT group(50~300 U/L)and high TB-ALT group(>300 U/L).The results were rechecked by MissionC100 dry biochemical analyzer to obtain the corresponding MI-ALT.The data of the two groups were analyzed,and the bias was evaluated.The results of MissionC100 rapid dry chemical analyzer were compared between indoor and simulated environment.Results:In the low value group,the middle value group and the high value group,the r values of TB-ALT and MI-ALT were 0.958,0.964 and 0.971,respectively.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The relative deviations at the three medical decision levels were 6.0%,7.7%and 10.2%respectively.Conclusion:The results of serum ALT detected by the two detection systems show good correlation.The relative deviation is clinically acceptable when Χ=20 and 50 U/L,but not when Χ=300 U/L.The comparison of results in both environments is acceptable.
