摘　　要：目的:调查三甲医院重症监护室(ICU)护士谵妄认知能力,分析其影响因素,探讨改善其认知能力的措施。方法:选取2023年1-3月宁夏银川市4所三级甲等医院239名综合ICU护士为研究对象,采用谵妄认知能力问卷进行调查。结果:ICU护士谵妄知识、态度、行为得分,且不同学历与工作年限的ICU护士之间得分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:银川市三级甲等医院ICU护士谵妄知识水平及行为得分不高,但学习态度情况较积极,建议护理管理者应重视并加强对ICU护士谵妄认知能力的培训工作,改善其认知水平,为护理人员进行临床决策提供参考;可尝试在护理本科教学中增加ICU谵妄相关知识的学习,以提高学生专业知识的掌握,为学生今后步入临床,给予患者适当护理措施以降低临床ICU谵妄的发生率做好理论知识的储备。Objective:To investigate the cognitive ability of delirium among ICU nurses in the third grade first class hospitals,analyze the influencing factors,and explore measures to improve their cognitive ability.Methods:239 comprehensive ICU nurses from 4 tertiary hospitals in Yinchuan,Ningxia from Jan.to Mar.2023 were selected as the research subjects,and a delirium cognitive ability questionnaire was used for the survey.Results:There were statistically significant differences in delirium knowledge,attitude,and behavior scores among ICU nurses with different educational backgrounds and years of work(P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of delirium knowledge and behavior among ICU nurses in tertiary Grade A hospitals in Yinchuan City is not high,but their learning attitude is relatively positive.It is suggested that nursing managers should pay attention to and promote the training of delirium cognition ability among ICU nurses,improve their cognitive level,and provide reference for nursing staff to make clinical decisions.Efforts can be made to increase the learning of ICU delirium related knowledge in undergraduate nursing teaching,so as to improve the mastery of professional knowledge for students,and to provide appropriate nursing measures for patients in order to reduce the incidence of clinical ICU delirium in the future,and prepare theoretical knowledge reserves.
