儿童言语康复治疗中的音韵感知训练对发音准确性和交际技能的长期影响研究

摘  要:目的:探究儿童言语康复治疗中音韵感知训练对发音准确性和交际技能的长期影响。通过深入分析音韵感知训练在语音发展中的作用,以及先前相关研究的不足之处,旨在为儿童言语康复治疗提供更全面的理论支持。方法:选取2022年1-12月郑州大学第五附属医院收治的100例患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和实验组。基于性别、年龄等基本资料的对比,确保两组患者在实验开始时的一致性。实验组接受音韵感知训练,而对照组接受传统康复治疗。通过初步评估、训练过程中的观察以及中期和结束测量,对发音准确性和交际技能进行详尽的评估。结果:实验组在音素辨识、韵律模仿和语音节奏方面的发音准确性在音韵感知训练过程中得到明显提升,并在结束测量时巩固了这一优势,差异均有统计学意义(t=12.440、8.150、10.230,P<0.05)。与对照组相比,实验组在语言表达、语言交流和交际观察方面均表现出明显的优势,差异均有统计学意义(t=3.420、3.120、3.940,P<0.05)。结论:音韵感知训练对儿童言语康复有明显且长期的正向影响,其不仅在发音准确性方面取得了积极成果,还对儿童的整体交际技能、情感表达和家庭环境产生了积极影响。这为儿童言语康复治疗提供了更为全面的理论和实践依据。然而,进一步的研究仍需深入探讨其具体机制和更广泛的适用性。Objective:To investigate the long-term effects of phonological awareness training in speech rehabilitation for children,specifically focusing on pronunciation accuracy and communication skills.By thoroughly examining the role of phonological awareness training in speech development and addressing gaps in previous research,the study seeks to provide comprehensive theoretical support for children’s speech rehabilitation.Methods:The study selected 100 patients who sought treatment in the hospital fom Jan.to Dec.2022,and randomly divided them into control group and experimental group.Basic data,including gender and age,were compared to ensure consistency between the two groups at the beginning of the experiment.The experimental group received phonological awareness training,while the control group underwent traditional rehabilitation therapy.Pronunciation accuracy and communication skills were assessed through initial evaluations,observations during training,and midterm and final measurements.Results:The experimental group demonstrated significant improvements in pronunciation accuracy,specifically in phoneme identification,rhythm imitation and speech rhythm,throughout the phonological awareness training process,with this advantage consolidated at the final measurement(t=12.440,8.150,10.230;P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the experimental group exhibited significant advantages in language expression,language communication,and communication observation(t=3.420,3.120,3.940;P<0.05).Conclusion:The results of this study indicate that phonological awareness training has a significant and long-term positive impact on speech rehabilitation for children.Positive outcomes are observed not only in pronunciation accuracy but also in overall communication skills,emotional expression,and family environment.This provides a more comprehensive theoretical and practical foundation for children’s speech rehabilitation.However,further research is needed to explore specific mechanisms and broader applicability.
