基于全流程健康管理模式在行体外受精-胚胎移植患者中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于全流程健康管理模式在行体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年5月-2023年5月于新乡医学院第三附属医院接受治疗的108例IVF-ET患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组各54例。对照组采用常规管理模式,观察组采用基于全流程健康管理模式。比较两组患者自我管理水平、自我效能感水平、生命质量及满意度情况。结果:干预后,观察组患者自我管理能力测定量表(ESCA)评分、不孕症自我效能感量表(ISE)评分、生育生命质量量表(FertiQoL)评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=3.905、2.974、7.529,P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.775,P<0.05)。结论:基于全流程健康管理模式的实施有利于提高IVF-ET患者自我效能感、自我管理水平,改善患者的生育生活质量,提高患者满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of a full process health management model in patients undergoing in vitro fertilization embryo transfer(IVF-ET).Methods:108 IVF-ET patients who were treated in the hospital from May 2020 to May 2023 were selected and divided into two groups using random number table method,with 54 patients in each group.The control group adopted a conventional management model,while the observation group adopted a full process health management model.The self-management level,self-efficacy level,quality of life,and satisfaction between two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the self-management ability assessment(ESCA)score,infertility self-efficacy assessment(ISE)score,and fertility quality of life assessment(FertiQoL)score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(t=3.905,2.974,7.529;P<0.05).The satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(χ^(2)=5.775,P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of a full process health management model is beneficial for improving the self-efficacy and self-management level of IVF-ET patients,improving their quality of reproductive life,and increasing patient satisfaction.
