浅析经络传导疗法治疗神经性皮炎的研究进展

摘　　要：神经性皮炎是临床常见的瘙痒类皮肤病,属于中医“牛皮癣”范畴。该病病程较长,易复发,给患者带来了巨大的身心压力。中医外治法治疗神经性皮炎具有疗效显著、安全性高和患者易于接受等特点,其中经络传导疗法优势更为明显。通过对近十年来有关经络传导疗法治疗神经性皮炎文献的研究,发现经络传导疗法在缓解瘙痒和改善皮损状态方面有确切疗效,且相较于现代医学治疗,有副作用较小、复发率相对较低的优势。Neurodermatitis is a common clinical pruritic skin disease,which belongs to the category of“psoriasis”in traditional Chinese medicine,with a long course and easy recurrence,causing great physical and mental torture to patients.The external treatment of neurodermatitis by TCM has the characteristics of remarkable efficacy,high safety and easy acceptance by patients,among which meridian conduction therapy has more obvious advantages.Therefore,through the study of the literature on meridian conduction therapy for neurodermatitis in the past ten years,it is found that meridian conduction therapy has definite efficacy in relieving itching and improving the status of skin lesions,and has the advantages of less side effects and lower recurrence rate compared with modern medical treatment.
