摘  要:就业是最基本的民生,金融是现代经济的核心。推动数字金融与就业政策协同联动,提高数字金融对就业的带动力,实现高质量充分就业势在必行。金融发展影响就业的路径复杂且多样,本文在梳理相关文献的基础上,对数字金融促进高质量充分就业的理论逻辑、作用机理和实现路径进行分析。在理论逻辑方面,数字金融通过完善劳动力市场、缩小城乡收入差距、升级产业结构和提高人力资本水平促进高质量充分就业。在作用机理方面,数字金融通过规模效应、包容效应、效率效应和创新效应促进高质量充分就业。在实现路径方面,数字金融不仅通过完善劳动力市场直接促进高质量充分就业,而且通过缩小城乡收入差距、促进产业结构升级和提高人力资本水平间接促进高质量充分就业。最后本文从相关主体角度提出数字金融促进高质量充分就业的政策建议。Employment is the most basic part of the people’s livelihood.Finance is the core of the modern economy.The rapid development and continuous iteration of new-generation information technologies have significantly reduced the costs and barriers of financial transactions,expanded the breadth and depth of financial services,and made digital finance an important factor influencing employment.Therefore,promoting the synergy and interaction between digital finance and employment policies,enhancing the driving power of digital finance for employment,and realizing high-quality and full employment have become imperative.Based on a literature review,this paper first provides a detailed explanation of the theoretical logic behind how digital finance promotes high-quality and full employment.Subsequently,it further explores the mechanisms and pathways through which digital finance facilitates high-quality and full employment.Digital finance influences the labor market,urban-rural income levels,employment structure,and human capital through scale effects,inclusion effects,efficiency effects,and innovation effects,thereby directly or indirectly driving high-quality and full employment.In the context of significant changes in the international geopolitical environment and short-term fluctuations in labor market demand caused by the transformation of the domestic economic structure,employment is no longer merely a matter of scale and quantity but also one of achieving high-quality and full development.Promoting high-quality and full employment has become the new positioning and mission of employment work on the new journey of the new era.Grounded in China’s national conditions and adopting a systemic and holistic perspective,this paper explores in depth the theoretical logic,mechanisms,and pathways of how digital finance contributes to high-quality and full employment.This paper proposes policy recommendations for promoting high-quality and full employment through digital finance from a multi-stakeholder and multidimensional
