摘　　要：随着经济社会的快速发展以及人民生活水平的不断提高,二手商品交易持续旺盛,二手电商平台成为闲置资源循环利用、推动绿色发展的新渠道。研究发现,二手电商平台通过推动闲置资源流通和再利用,推动经济循环发展,大幅减少资源浪费和碳排放,为建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会作出了重要贡献;二手电商平台通过推进以旧换新,加速消费品再生资源循环利用,为二手商品的绿色循环提供了新路径;信任问题是困扰二手电商平台长期健康发展的瓶颈,闲鱼等平台通过信用评级、验货保障、社会化纠纷处理等创新机制积极破解信任难题。未来,应进一步规范二手电商平台商品流通秩序,维护公平公正的交易环境,深化二手电商平台在以旧换新等方面的积极作用,为加快建立健全绿色低碳循环经济发展体系创造有利条件。The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed to develop green and low-carbon industries,improve incentive mechanisms for eco-friendly consumer spending,and work toward an economy that facilitates green,low-carbon,and circular development.In recent years,with the rapid development of the economy and society,the demand for idle goods transactions continues to be strong,and second-hand e-commerce has become a new platform for resource recycling and promoting green development.This paper examines the unique value of second-hand e-commerce in green development,and analyzes key issues such as trust mechanism and platform rules by taking the Xianyu as an example.Combining theory with practice,this paper finds that second-hand e-commerce effectively promotes the reuse of idle goods,prolonging the life cycle of goods and significantly reducing the waste of resources.It also reduces the production demand for new products,thereby reducing carbon emissions and environmental pollution.Idle goods transactions not only meet the low-end demand but also promote the release of high-end demand and increase the total demand.In turn,it has promoted the innovation of related technologies and service models in the second-hand e-commerce industry.It needs to be stressed that the trust problem is the bottleneck that troubles the long-term development of second-hand e-commerce,and Xianyu and other platforms actively crack the trust problem through innovative mechanisms such as credit rating,inspection guarantee,and social dispute handling.Through this multi-dimensional analysis,the economic value of second-hand e-commerce platforms is fully demonstrated,and the correlation between these values is revealed.Looking forward to the future,we should further deepen the positive role of second-hand e-commerce platforms in trade-ins,standardize the circulation order of second-hand goods,maintain a fair and just trading environment,and create favorable conditions for the construction of a green,l
