语言文字事业助力教育强国建设的相关思考

摘　　要：语言文字事业助力教育强国建设,有着供给侧和需求侧的双重逻辑。语言文字事业是教育质量的基础保障,是文化传承与创新的载体,是多语种人才培养的需要,是教育现代化的推动力,能实现教育政策与语言规划的协同。新中国成立以来,语言文字事业通过推广普通话、简化汉字、规范汉字、保护少数民族语言、推动语言教育改革、开展外语教育、国际中文教育、手语盲文教育等方面,显著助力了教育事业的发展。在百年未有之大变局的背景下,语言文字事业助力教育强国建设的任务变得更加复杂,面临全球化、技术进步、网络治理、教育公平、语言伦理等多重挑战。未来,通过增强国际交流、传承和传播中华优秀文化、推动教育科技人才“三位一体”培养、发展教育数字化、完善规范标准、构建三大体系、建立治理网络系统等多方面的路径,语言文字事业将为教育强国建设提供更全面的支持。The role of the language and writing work in supporting the construction of a strong national education system is driven by both supply-side and demand-side dynamics.Language and writing work serves as a fundamental guarantee for educational quality,a carrier for cultural inheritance and innovation,a necessity for cultivating multilingual talents,and a driving force for educational modernization.It can achieve synergy between educational policies and language planning.Since the founding of new China,language and writing work has significantly contributed to the development of education through promoting Putonghua(Standard Mandarin),simplifying Chinese characters,standardizing characters,protecting ethnic languages,advancing language education reform,supporting foreign language education and international Chinese education as well as education for the deaf and blind.In the context of unprecedented changes in a century,the task of language and writing work in supporting the construction of a strong educational nation has become more complex,facing multiple challenges such as globalization,technological advancement,network governance,educational equity,and language ethics.In the future,by enhancing international exchanges,inheriting and disseminating excellent Chinese culture,integrating the cultivation of educational,scientific,and technological talents,developing educational digitalization,improving standards and norms,building three major systems,and establishing a governance of network system,language and writing work will provide more comprehensive support for the construction of a strong educational nation.
