摘 要:在教育对外开放新格局和职业教育国际化快速发展的大背景下,探索“中文+职业技能”人才培养的创新模式已然成为海外孔子学院、孔子课堂转型发展的重要选择之一。十余载春秋,缅甸福庆孔子课堂在“中文+职业技能”教育与缅甸国内发展的现实需求及本土文化深度融合,依托两国政府对职业教育的重视,在教育理念、合作方式、合作主体、师资培训和运行模式上,逐渐探索出一套独特的发展模式。为更好促进在缅中文教育与职业技能培训协同发展,赋能高水平应用型人才,服务当地经济社会发展和提升民生福祉,中缅两国需优势互补,进一步完善顶层设计,制定科学、高效、稳定的合作模式;多元办学,构建政校企“三位一体”的办学模式;利用好“语合中心”平台,继续办好海外“孔子学院”“孔子课堂”;拓宽扩展“中文+职业技能”教育内容和就业渠道;加快构建高素质复合型“中文+职业技能”“双师型”师资队伍以及区域国别“中文+职业技能”教育的相关标准。Under the background of the new pattern of opening up education and the rapid development of internationalization of vocational education,exploring innovative models for the cultivation of“Chinese+vocational skills”talents has become one of the important choices for the transformation and development of overseas Confucius Institutes and Confucius Classrooms.Over the past ten years,the Confucius Classroom at Fuqing Language and Computer Center in Myanmar has explored a set of unique development models in terms of educational philosophy,cooperation methods,cooperation subjects,teacher training,and operation mode,based on the deep integration of the practical needs of Myanmar's domestic development of“Chinese+vocational skills”education and local culture,relying on the attention of the two governments to vocational education.In order to better promote the coordinated development of international Chinese language education and vocational skills training in Myanmar,empower high-level applied talents,and serve the local economic and social development and improve people’s well-being,it is necessary to further improve the top-level design,formulate a scientific,efficient,and stable mode of cooperation;diversify the operation of schools,and build a“trinity”mode of operation of government,school,and enterprise;make good use of the platform of the“Center for Language Education and Cooperation”and continue to operate overseas“Confucius Institutes”and“Confucius Classrooms”;broaden and expand the content and employment channels of“Chinese+vocational skills”education;accelerate the construction of a high-quality,compound“Chinese+vocational skills”and“dual-teacher”teaching staff,as well as relevant standards for international and regional“Chinese+vocational skills”education.
