摘 要:东南亚本土中文师资培训活动呈现数量变化明显且国别差异显著、培训主体多元、内容与形式丰富多样、以中方组织的来华短期培训为主等特点,存在中方主导显著、企业参与不足、精细化本土化定制内容欠缺、形式组合单一、多元组合创新不足、短期培训活动集中、长期培训活动缺乏等问题。结合南亚本土中文培训案例分析,提出加强培训主体多方协作、以多元需求为导向、借鉴经验丰富创新培训形式、建立培训效果评估体系、增设长期培训活动、平衡培训活动时长分布等优化策略,加强东南亚本土中文教师队伍建设,促进东南亚中文教育高质量可持续发展。The local Chinese teacher training activities in Southeast Asia are characterized by significant changes in quantity,notable differences among countries,diversified training providers,rich and varied content and forms,and a predominance of short-term training in China organized by Chinese entities.However,there are some problems,including a prominent Chinese leadership role,insufficient enterprise participation,lack of refined localized customized content,single form combination,insufficient innovation of multiple combinations,concentration of short-term training activities,and lack of long-term training activities.Combined with the case analysis of local Chinese training in Southeast Asia,this paper proposes optimization strategies,which include strengthening multi-party collaboration among training providers,guiding efforts by multiple needs,leveraging rich experiences to innovate training forms,establishing a system to evaluate training effectiveness,adding long-term training activities,and balancing the distribution of training activity durations.These strategies aim to strengthen the construction of the local Chinese language teaching workforceand promote the high-quality and sustainable development of Chinese education in Southeast Asia.
