新质生产力对企业国际化广度促进作用及其机制

摘　　要：国际化战略能使企业更好地利用外部资源实现优势互补,从而深化双循环发展模式的实践。文章基于生产力二要素理论,通过构建指标体系测算了企业新质生产力水平,并研究了新质生产力与企业国际化的关系。研究结果显示,发展新质生产力对企业国际化广度具有促进作用。机制分析发现:企业新质生产力通过全要素生产率、动态能力以及数字化转型等渠道对企业国际化广度产生影响,且存在以生产率为门槛的门限效应。异质性分析发现:新质生产力对企业国际化广度促进作用在非国有企业、劳动密集型企业以及处于沿海和内陆省份的企业作用更明显。研究结论表明发展新质生产力能够促进企业“走出去”,实现高水平外循环。Internationalization strategy enables enterprises to make better use of global resources and realize complementary advantages,so as to deepen the practice of the double-cycle development model.Based on the double theory of productivity,the paper calculates the level of new quality productivity of enterprise through index system construction,and studies the relationship between new quality productivity and the internationalization of enterprise.The results show that the development of the new quality productivity of enterprises can promote the enterprise internationalization.The mechanism analysis shows that the development of new quality productivity of enterprises has an impact on the internationalization behavior of enterprises through the channels of total factor productivity,dynamic capacity and digital transformation,and there is a threshold effect with productivity as the threshold.The heterogeneity analysis finds that the promotion effect of new quality productivity on the internationalization of the enterprises is more obvious in non-state-owned enterprises,labor-intensive enterprises and enterprises in coastal and inland provinces.The conclusion shows that the development of new quality productive forces can promote enterprises to“go out”for the high level of external circulation.
